REACH WA EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM

Bring the conversation about psychedelic policy to your community.

A free, plain-language community presentation on where psychedelic law stands in Washington — the history, the legal access models states are testing, and how residents can take part in shaping what comes next.

THE PRESENTATION

Presented by trained REACH volunteers, the session runs about 60–90 minutes with time for questions. No prior knowledge needed — it's built for neighbors, not policy experts.

One evening. A clear picture of the policy landscape.

📖

A short history

How psychedelics became illegal, and the research renaissance that reopened the policy conversation.

⚖️

Six legal access models

The pathways states are actually using — medical, facilitated, deprioritization, religious protections — and where each one's protections stop.

🫵

How you can take part

How a bill becomes law in Washington, and where public voices genuinely change outcomes — hearings, testimony, and community organizing.
